Overview

In this role you will lead and shape the Property Disputes practice within a respected, growth‑minded law firm. You will handle high‑value real estate disputes, guide senior colleagues, and drive strategic client development. The position offers hybrid working and a clear path to senior leadership as the department expands. You will contribute to shaping the firm’s growth trajectory while delivering premium, complex litigation for landlords, developers and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex property disputes cases (developer/right to light, party wall, trespass, L&T litigation)
• Oversee possession and mortgage claims and contested lease renewals, forfeiture, and secured recovery
• Guide strategy, supervise junior lawyers, and ensure high‑quality case outcomes
• Drive client development, cross‑referrals, and contribute to the department’s growth plan
• Represent the firm in high‑profile disputes within a Legal 500 environment

Key requirements

• Experienced Property Litigation lawyer with a strong track record in complex real estate disputes
• London commercial practice experience; senior associate ready for leadership or Partner level
