As Senior MEP Building Services Project BIM Manager, you lead BIM delivery on major building services projects from Birmingham, shaping digital engineering for complex outcomes. You collaborate with engineers, designers and clients to produce coordinated models, drawings and data across the project lifecycle. You implement BIM strategies, drive best practices, and mentor the BIM team to raise delivery standards. Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of BIM models and project information
• Act as focal point for BIM coordination across multidisciplinary projects
• Develop and implement BIM delivery strategies and execution plans
• Coordinate design information with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
• Manage project BIM workflows ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with standards
• Supervise, mentor and support BIM technicians and junior team members
• Monitor project progress and communicate risks, issues and opportunities to leadership
• Support implementation of structured data and information management processes
• Drive innovation, automation and continuous improvement in project delivery
• Provide technical BIM support and guidance to the wider team

Key requirements

• Extensive experience using Autodesk Revit in an MEP Building Services environment
• Strong knowledge of model creation, family management, drawing production and BIM workflows
• Background in MEP Building Services coordination across multiple sectors
• Understanding of BIM standards, quality requirements and information management processes
• Experience implementing BIM Execution Plans and delivering coordinated BIM projects
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Forma
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing others
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and with external clients
