Responsibilities

• Operate in a 360 agency environment, handling business development and high-performance recruitment activities
• Support permanent and contract recruitment across the UK, EU and US life sciences markets
• Place highly skilled professionals and build long-term client partnerships
• Contribute to a growth-focused talent pipeline for clients at the cutting edge of science and technology

Key requirements

• Agency/360 recruitment experience with a track record of business development and high performance
• Experience recruiting professional contractors or hard-to-find talent in non-public sector/framework environments
