Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies to support growth and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and other channels.
  • Lead go-to-market activity for new products, services and propositions.
  • Manage and optimise the company website and social platforms with fresh, brand-aligned content.
  • Create marketing collateral, thought leadership content, case studies and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate commercial priorities into marketing activity.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers and marketing partners.
  • Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and identify opportunities to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure activity delivers value for money.

Key requirements

  • Hands-on Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive experience.
  • Experience within Financial Services.
  • Proven ability to develop and launch marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (social, website management, email, content).
  • Ability to identify effective channels for different audiences.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics and data-driven improvement.
  • Experience managing external agencies and multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, comfortable balancing strategy with delivery.
