EY-P Global Data Officer

Overview

As Director in EY-Parthenon’s Global Innovation team, you will lead the data agenda to unlock value from client engagements and internal data assets. You will shape and implement a global data strategy, collaborating with senior leadership and the Data Office to enable insights, tools, and platforms like Strategy Edge and OneEdge Solutions. You’ll drive vendor governance, data reuse, and data asset development while navigating multiple time zones and international stakeholders. This role offers the chance to influence how data-driven innovation supports services and disrupts traditional ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and implement the EY-P data strategy in alignment with global priorities.
• Manage data demand, budget, procurement, and vendor selection to enable the Global Platform Strategy Edge.
• Implement the Client consent clause into engagement T&Cs to allow data asset creation from client engagements.
• Research and evaluate new data providers and solutions to meet EY-P business needs.
• Build and deploy EY data assets and IP via OneEdge Solutions.
• Collaborate with QRM, Independence, PIA and General Counsel on data reuse and new data consumption methods.
• Work with the Data Office and Regional Member Firms to advance the EY-P data agenda.

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a technical capacity within EY-P with exposure to multiple service offerings
• Demonstrated high performance in the last 3 years
• Flexibility around hours and some international travel across time zones
• Strong technology capabilities applicable to a business context
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to assimilate complex information and communicate to diverse audiences
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with senior leadership
• Good understanding of EY and EY-P services and data value
• Self-starter, autonomous, able to handle ambiguity
