In this PSL role, you will support a large national pensions practice by driving knowledge development and best practice. You will back fee earners across a broad pensions portfolio, shaping technical excellence and maintaining market-leading knowledge systems. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge systems and resources
• Support fee earners across defined benefit, defined contribution, auto-enrolment, regulatory changes, and disputes
• shape best practice and promote technical excellence in pensions
• coordinate knowledge sharing and professional development across the team
• collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to drive knowledge-focused initiatives
• contribute to high-quality, complex pensions work while staying close to market developments

Key requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE with strong experience in pensions law
• Solid background advising on pensions matters and transactions
• Interest in PSL/knowledge-focused work
• Qualified as an SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
