Product Engineer

Overview

In this role you will help build an elite AI-driven financial modelling product. You will work within a small, high-caliber team to tackle hard performance and infrastructure challenges at scale. You’ll shape the architecture and engineering culture from the ground up while delivering rapid, end-to-end solutions. The opportunity combines cutting-edge AI tooling with high-performance systems to define the next generation of financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end from conception to delivery
• Build high-performance systems using Rust and TypeScript
• Work with AI agents, LLMs, and AI-native tooling
• Ship rapidly using specialized tooling like Cursor and Claude Code
• Solve difficult performance and infrastructure challenges
• Shape product, architecture, and engineering culture from the ground up

Key requirements

• Exceptional technical ability / top-centile engineering talent
• Experience with low-level, high-performance or complex systems (C++ or Rust)
• Thrives in autonomy and ambiguity
• Startup, systems, AI tooling or competitive programming experience is a plus
