Duties

• Maximise vehicle utilisation and fleet efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate routes to meet customer KPIs while
• Ensure compliance with drivers hours legislation.
• Provide drivers with clear instructions.
• Ensure all daily driver briefings and debriefs are completed effectively.
• Maintain and update the TMS
• Respond to changing circumstances, accommodating additional business, maximising service performance, and minimising delays.
• Monitor vehicle movements to maintain effective control and visibility of the fleet.
• Develop practical solutions to meet customer needs and operational requirements.
• Manage customer queries and issues
• Other adhoc duties

About you

• Experience of working within a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience using TMS
