We are working with a leading Irish FMCG to recruit for their new Account Manager who will join them in Ballybofey and play a key role in supporting and driving their next stage of growth across the Irish & UK markets.

Joining the Commercial Team and help drive our next phase of growth across GB & ROI.

Youll manage and grow customer relationships across Retail, Foodservice and Wholesale, identify new opportunities and help deliver sales and profitability targets.

• Build strong, trusted customer relationships
• Identify new business and growth opportunities
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer service
• Support contract renewals, trade shows and new product development
• Gather market and customer insight to strengthen our offering

What were looking for:

• Previous FMCG Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, results-driven and confident working with numbers
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to spot opportunities
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
• Full UK/Irish driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally across GB & ROI
