We’re recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor at NQ-3 years PQE to join a busy and well-regarded law firm in Bangor.

The Role
You’ll join an established property team and manage a varied caseload of Northern Ireland residential conveyancing matters, with the support and experience of colleagues around you.
Your work will include:
- Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Dealing with searches, title issues, contracts, enquiries and post-completion
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other professionals
- Providing clear, practical advice throughout the conveyancing process
- Building strong relationships with an established local client base
- Contributing to the continued success of the property team
There is also scope to broaden your wider property experience over time, depending on your background and career interests.
About You
This role would suit a Northern Ireland-qualified Solicitor at NQ-3 years PQE who has gained practical experience in residential conveyancing and is keen to take the next step in their career.
You’ll ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor status in Northern Ireland
- Practical experience in Northern Ireland residential conveyancing
- Experience managing residential conveyancing files
- Good technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- The ambition to continue developing within an established practice
