About you

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, or equivalent
  • Experience operating or implementing a Health and Safety management software product, or similar
  • Full Category B driving licence
  • Recent experience in the administration of management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 , or ISO 14001
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills; confident and articulate

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and control all management system documentation and registers
  • Prepare and submit quarterly NIEA returns and relevant reports
  • Administer safety and environmental compliance systems, including user accounts and incident triaging
  • Support general administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and minuting
  • Manage employee HSE training records and oversee training administration, including First Aid and Fire Warden courses
  • Oversee First Aid supplies, AED maintenance, and other safety-related equipment
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Compliance Lead or HSE & Compliance Manager
