Urgently recruiting 5 Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing facility in Ballymena. Working hours are Monday to Friday 6am – 2:30pm, with a pay rate of £12.86 per hour increasing to £13.60 after 16 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established local employer on a temporary basis with the opportunity to secure permanent employment for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the production team, supporting day-to-day operations including operating machinery, cutting meat, packing and wrapping finished products, ensuring all products meet strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
What We Need From You
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience desirable
- Experience packing or working on production lines is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for an immediate start
