Overview
As Asset Manager for a private international real estate investor, you will own a portfolio of out-of-town retail parks, retail warehousing, and trade counters. You’ll shape asset-level business plans and lead leasing to drive income and capital growth. The role combines strategic repositioning with active asset management and financial analysis, operating autonomously in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support investment decisions and optimise portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute asset-level business plans
- Lead leasing strategy including rent reviews, renewals, regears, and new lettings
- Enhance value via repositioning, refurbishment, development, acquisitions and disposals
- Manage asset performance, budgets, service providers, and key occupier relationships
- Support investment decisions through financial analysis, reporting and market insight
Key requirements
- MRICS qualified
- 3–5 years’ commercial property asset management experience
- Experience across out-of-town retail parks / retail warehousing (ideally)
- Strong track record in leasing and active asset management
- Excellent commercial, financial and negotiation skills
