Overview
In this placement, you contribute to material supply planning and cross-functional problem solving to support Rolls-Royce’s luxury manufacturing. You will engage with supplier performance reporting, training coordination, and project work that spans departments, helping to keep materials flowing smoothly. You’ll present findings and collaborate with teams to drive improvements in supply chain processes. This is an hands-on, development-focused role at a world-class automotive manufacturer.

Responsibilities
- Learn and support material supply concepts and escalation processes
- Produce supplier performance and internal process reporting
- Plan, coordinate and update training matrices
- Conduct project work and share knowledge across departments
- Prepare and deliver presentations
Key requirements
- Bachelor student in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT or related field on track for 2:2+
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt approach, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Team player with solid interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP knowledge advantageous
