As a Cloud Engineer, you will help transform and maintain critical national infrastructure in public cloud. You’ll work in a DevOps context to move legacy systems to AWS and support cross-functional teams of developers and testers. The role emphasizes scalable, secure solutions and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- transform, support and maintain a system of critical national infrastructure on AWS
- transition legacy infrastructure to AWS Cloud
- collaborate with developers, testers and broader programme teams
- support other team members as needed in a DevOps environment
- apply engineering best practices for security and CI/CD pipelines
- automate deployment and configuration pipelines for COTS software across environments
Key requirements
- AWS with Linux technologies
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
- DevOps experience
