Risk Manager (Data Centres)

Overview

In this role, you will lead risk reviews and coordinate with client teams to identify, assess, and manage risks across complex data centre projects. You will shape risk strategies, maintain risk registers, and report to senior stakeholders, helping the project team navigate uncertainty. You will work with cross-functional groups to develop mitigation plans and monitor emerging issues. This is a client-facing, analytical role within a major London project environment with potential for impactful risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate project risk reviews
• Identify and assess project risks
• Develop and maintain risk registers
• Collaborate with project teams to craft mitigation strategies
• Monitor risk exposure and emerging issues
• Produce risk reporting for senior stakeholders
• Support the wider project risk function

Key requirements

• Data centre experience preferred
• strong risk management experience in complex construction, property or infrastructure environments acceptable
• excellent analytical and communication skills
