Overview
In this role, you help steer complex client projects within Oliver Wyman’s Private Capital Practice, guiding analyses and client interactions. You’ll break down problems, coordinate teams, and advance opportunities from due diligence to post-transaction value realization. You work closely with clients and senior staff to deliver practical, well-supported recommendations. Responsibilities
- Decompose complex problems into actionable work streams and lead junior consultants
- Plan and execute analyses, identifying core issues and formulating recommendations
- Manage small teams and coordinate project progress with senior colleagues
- Serve as on-scene project lead, ensuring cohesive, practical solutions and strong client communication
Key requirements
- 3-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy firm
- Knowledge in Corporate Finance and Due Diligence
- Experience across Corporate, Finance and Advisory sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings
- English fluency and ideally another language
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
