Overview
In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in the Goodwood manufacturing environment while supporting apprentice onboarding and engagement. You’ll work with the Future Talent team to coordinate events, develop engagement activities, and assist in launching pre-series cars. You will interact with process partners and present progress on your projects, helping to drive learning opportunities across the BMW Group. This is a hands-on, development-focused role in a world-class premium automotive setting.

Responsibilities
- Support apprentice onboarding, marketing, and school events
- Develop and organise apprentice engagement activities
- Plan and run apprentice events including Recruitment Assessment Centres and Welcome Evenings
- Assist with launch or series activities for pre-series cars and new features
- Maintain contact with process partners and gain insight into high-luxury car manufacturing
- Take responsibility for your own projects and present to process partners and team
- Support team managers with reporting and presentations into wider BMW business and partner departments
Key requirements
- Bachelor or Master level in Engineering or related field (2:2 or above for Bachelor)
- Basic understanding of complex automotive processes and manufacturing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Experience with Copilot for data tasks (optional but beneficial)
