Overview

In this role you lead the PCA and MS analytics for a diverse biologics pipeline at the Biologics Research Center. You will manage a small team, drive innovative analytics strategy and ensure high-quality deliverables supporting candidate selection and clinical development. You work across a global matrix to enable multiple modalities, from antibodies to gene therapy vectors. Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the PCA and MS analytics strategy for a diverse biologics portfolio, across multiple modalities
  • Serve as senior analytics expert in project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Foster efficient processes, optimize capacity, and introduce new technologies
  • Manage resources, project timelines, and customer expectations
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to team members
  • Promote collaboration, integrity, and a safe, empowering work environment

Key requirements

  • PhD in biochemistry, biotechnology, or chemistry with 3+ years pharma experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong background in analyzing recombinant proteins (mAbs, multispecifics, therapeutic proteins) using MS, chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, and light scattering
  • Experience with cutting-edge PCA characterization for novel biologics (AAV, ADCs, oligonucleotides, CAR-Ts)
  • Experience with LC-MS (intact/reduced/subunit RPMS, peptide mapping, released glycans) and instrumentation (Orbitraps, QTOFs)
  • Experience with data analysis workflows and report generation
