Overview

In this senior role, you drive data centre leasing across EMEA, guiding operators, developers and tenants through strategy and transactions. You will lead end-to-end leasing activity for hyperscale and large occupiers, shaping market position and pipeline. You’ll coordinate with developers, utilities, and client technical teams to deliver feasible, power-conscious solutions. This role offers a strategic platform to build capital markets and advisory leverage within a global data centre platform.

Responsibilities

  • Execute leasing transactions for hyperscale, neocloud, and large enterprise data centre occupiers
  • Develop occupier prospects and deal pipeline across the EMEA region
  • Support end-to-end deal execution from site identification to heads of terms and lease completion
  • Advise on power-led requirements, capacity planning, and technical real estate considerations
  • Run market sweeps and shortlists for large-scale capacity in core EMEA data centre markets
  • Coordinate with developers, operators, utilities, and client technical teams to maintain delivery timelines
  • Build, manage and grow a strong sales pipeline while meeting revenue targets
  • Prepare client materials including transaction papers, financial comparisons and option analyses
  • Demonstrate mastery of end-to-end site selection, including market strategy, due diligence, zoning, and power connections
  • Evaluate greenfield and brownfield data centre opportunities and advise accordingly

Key requirements

  • Experience in data centre leasing, account management, hyperscale advisory, or complex transactions
  • Strong understanding of power, scale, and technical constraints affecting site selection
  • Proven ability to support and execute high-value, long-lead leasing transactions
  • Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical capability
  • Comfortable working directly with sophisticated, technically driven clients
  • Highly organized and resilient with ability to manage multiple complex transactions
  • Strong European market knowledge, including power, permitting and infrastructure constraints
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in high-pressure deal environments
  • Collaborates with capital markets and development advisory teams to deliver best-in-class advice
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
  • RICS charter preferred
  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
