Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end corporate actions and income-related processes, ensuring timely, accurate execution and serving as a module expert for the team. You will mentor junior colleagues, answer inquiries, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues across custody and accounting platforms. You’ll lead a Corporate Actions team, support client onboarding and due diligence, and steer initiatives that enhance workflows and risk management. Responsibilities
- Oversee income and corporate action processes to ensure accurate, timely execution
- Act as Corporate Actions expert, providing guidance and training
- Research inquiries from internal/external parties and deliver timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to reconcile activity across custody and accounting systems
- Lead and manage a team of corporate actions specialists
- Support onboarding of new clients, conduct due diligence sessions, and drive project initiatives
Key requirements
- Extensive financial services experience with a strong corporate actions background
- Deep knowledge of corporate action procedures, events, and market practices with proven execution success
- Strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving with a strategic mindset for process improvements
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
