Overview
As Senior Data Center HR Partner on BeXT, you act as the strategic HR advisor for cluster operations across multiple data centers. You will shape people strategies, drive scalable HR programs, and coach site leadership to navigate complex, high-stakes challenges in a fast-growing, 24/7 environment. You’ll leverage sentiment data, workforce signals, and cross-cluster insights to guide action and policy. This role combines hands-on partnership with scalable program design to improve the Builder experience and operational outcomes. Your impact centers on trusted leadership development, risk mitigation, and inclusive, high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Builder Advocacy: maintain presence onsite, conduct site walks, and act on listening mechanisms to mitigate risks and foster inclusive engagement
- Strategic Partnership: lead HR strategy for clusters, align goals with Builder experience, and coordinate cross-cluster communications
- HR Expertise: apply senior judgment to talent, performance, compensation, and employee relations; lead complex ER matters and workplace investigations
- Leadership Development: design scalable manager development programs and coach site leadership for decision-making
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations to implement integrated people strategies
- Role modeling and policy: develop SOPs and governance standards for adoption across clusters
- Data-driven insights: analyze sentiment and operational signals to detect systemic risk and shape actions
- Employee representative relations: manage relationships with employee boards independently
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HRBP, HR generalist, or HR site partner
- Experience supporting hourly/frontline populations of 100+ employees in operations/manufacturing
- Experience leading workforce planning and people strategy through organizational change (site launches/expansions/restructuring/closures)
- Experience in employee relations including investigations and high-risk ER cases
- Knowledge of federal and state employment law (implied by role requirements)
