Salesforce Training Content Creator

Overview

As Training Content Creator within the Change & Enablement team part of the OneCRM transformation, you turn approved processes into learner-focused content and Highspot-ready eLearning. You collaborate with Lead Trainers and SMEs to ensure accuracy and consistency, delivering modular learning assets and job aids. You manage assets through version control and prepare final materials for handoff to the Highspot Platform Team. This role combines instructional design with hands-on content publishing in a globally oriented, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved processes into concise, learner-focused content
• Author Highspot-ready eLearning modules
• Create persona-based learning journeys and modular assets
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides and checklists
• Collaborate with Lead Trainer and Process/SME teams for accuracy
• Incorporate screenshots and system examples when ready
• Maintain source traceability and version control
• Address SME review feedback and finalise assets
• Package assets for handoff to Highspot Platform Team
• Support content QA and publishing validation

Key requirements

• eLearning or digital learning content development experience
• Excellent business writing and content simplification skills
• Experience translating complex processes into learner-friendly content
• Familiarity with LMS / enablement platform content standards
• Strong PowerPoint and document authoring capability
• Highspot authoring experience desirable
• CRM / Salesforce programme experience desirable
