PE Real Estate Investment Analyst

Overview

As a PE Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will support UK & Europe deal activity across a diversified fund, handling underwriting, financings, and deal execution. You will work with the Investment Director and cross-functional teams to analyse opportunities, model financials, manage due diligence, and prepare investment materials. The role covers multiple asset classes, including equity and debt positions, with a focus on timely, rigorous analysis in a fast-paced setting. Your work will help drive value-add and opportunistic investments for a c.£1.5bn fund. This is a-growth phase role in a capital-rich, experienced team committed to disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze investment opportunities across all asset classes
• Structure deals and negotiate third-party financings
• Support asset management initiatives and strategic decisions
• Manage advisors and due diligence work streams
• Produce investment committee materials and quarterly performance reports
• Model complex financial scenarios and assess equity, debt, and Op-Co positions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced deal environment

Key requirements

• Direct real estate deal analysis experience in the UK
• Prior analyst experience in real estate private equity, REIB, or real estate asset management (preferred)
• Advanced analytical Excel skills and financial modelling across various deal structures
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently within a transactional team
