Responsibilities
- Act on residential development acquisitions and disposals for developers and landowners
- Advise on affordable housing transactions for registered providers and housebuilders
- Support strategic land projects including options, promotion agreements and long-term developments
- Handle development-related matters such as overage, conditional contracts, title due diligence and easements
Key requirements
- 2-4+ years’ PQE
