Account Specialist – Global Benefits Management

Overview

In this role, you will support the Global Benefits Management team in delivering high-quality service to international accounts. You’ll work with Account Managers and cross‑functional teams to coordinate global client work streams, monitor timelines, and translate data into insights. The position combines client support, data analysis, and project coordination in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You will contribute to efficient cross‑account collaboration and help shape client outcomes for multinational benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day client account activity
• Liaise with internal teams across local and global locations
• Help prepare for and support client calls, including tracking actions and follow-ups
• Assist with monitoring timelines, deliverables, and priorities
• Review data to identify key themes, trends, and insights
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status updates
• Use technology and business systems effectively to support reporting and workflow management
• Contribute to efficient coordination across accounts and projects
