Overview

As Capacity Planning Manager, you shape data-driven transformation across Amazon’s Last Mile & Middle Mile network. You own cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance and drive reliable, cost-efficient transportation. You’ll establish metrics, document best practices, and secure resources for large-scale projects. The role blends leadership, innovation, and strategic planning to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost operational performance
• Establish and communicate operations metrics to leadership through regular reviews
• Document SOPs and promote best practices across departments and networks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure support and resources for projects
• Own the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale projects

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business
• Experience in business analytics with proficiency in SQL, databases, and Excel
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Master’s degree (preferred)
