Lead Data Scientist

Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data science and ML projects for diverse clients. You’ll define data science strategies aligned with client and firm goals, build tailored models, and explore emerging AI/ML techniques to create real business impact. You’ll support business development through proposals and solution pitches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced consultancy environment with a strong focus on client value and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex data science and ML projects
• Define and drive data science strategies aligned with client goals and organizational objectives
• Develop tailored models and algorithms to solve client problems for business value
• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends and identify opportunities to apply new techniques
• Support business development through proposals, pitching solutions, and identifying new consultancy areas

Key requirements

• MSc in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills for fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions using advanced modelling techniques
