Visa Compliance Officer

Overview

In this role you will support the development and delivery of City St George’s UKVI compliance policies, ensuring the sponsorship framework operates effectively. You will work with staff, students and senior leaders across campuses to implement processes and provide guidance on UKVI requirements. Regular travel between the Tooting and Clerkenwell sites is required to maintain compliance across teams. This is a collaborative, impact-focused position within a university that prioritises student success and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of UKVI compliance policies and procedures
• Provide guidance to staff and students on UKVI processes
• Manage and strengthen the compliance framework and external relationships
• Ensure effective implementation of Home Office requirements across schools
• Coordinate activities across Clerkenwell and Tooting campuses with travel as needed
• Support recruitment and visa processes for international students where applicable
