Overview
In this role you build long-term partnerships with SME clients and lending partners, guiding them through financing options and growth plans. You will own a portfolio, identify needs, and connect customers with suitable lenders and products. You’ll work closely with lead generation and Salesforce-driven processes to deliver an exceptional, data-informed client experience. This is a growth role focused on scaling the Account Management function and shaping a trusted finance advisory. You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial customer applications and guide them through the process
- Nurture relationships with commercial lending partners
- Articulate the Funding Options proposition and services
- Outbound prospecting from your Accounts Portfolio
- Collaborate with Lead Generation team and provide feedback
- Develop deep knowledge of business finance, lenders, and products
- Explain finance options across multiple product classes
- Maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce
- Monitor trends and enrich customer profiles in Salesforce
- Stay informed on industry trends, market and competition
- Share success stories internally through appropriate channels
