In this Client Success role, you help Gartner clients realise value from their subscription by aligning Gartner resources to client priorities. You onboard new clients, demonstrate Gartner capabilities, and drive ongoing engagement across cross-functional teams. You work with executives and professionals to surface needs, overcome obstacles, and show how Gartner services unlock ROI. Responsibilities
- Onboard and enable clients across roles to ensure successful use of the Gartner subscription
- Introduce Gartner services to prospective and new clients and connect them with the expert community
- Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximise ROI and impact
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and design innovative solutions
- Leverage insights and metrics to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth
Key requirements
- Fluent in French and English at business level
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 6+ months relevant experience
- Proven track record of delivering client delight
