Overview
In this role you drive HR strategy and operations across Northern Europe, partnering with leaders to fuel sustainable business success through people and culture. You will serve as HRBP and advisor to sub-regional, country and functional leaders, ensuring HR practices align with business needs. You’ll lead core HR processes, governance and policy, and oversee talent acquisition and UK operations, shaping a proactive, compliant HR function across the region. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to manage turnover, engagement and workforce planning, enabling growth and transformation.

Responsibilities
- HR Business Partnering & Leadership: drive core HR processes across Northern Europe and own regional HR KPIs (turnover, engagement)
- Talent Acquisition: manage leadership hiring and local recruiting across UK & Ireland with consistent standards
- HR Operations – UK focus: execute UK HR ops and maintain consistent policies and lifecycle management
- Governance, Compliance & Policy: ensure local labour law compliance and policy implementation, manage employee relations cases
- Workforce Planning, Compensation & FTE Reporting: ensure job architecture and compensation benchmarking, collaborate with Finance on headcount reporting and planning
Key requirements
- 8+ years of broad HR experience in a regional/multi-country context
- Hands-on Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Payroll experience in the UK
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Stakeholder management and ability to operate across cultures and matrixed structures
- Hands-on, strategic and day-to-day HR capability
- People-management experience in HR (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within Northern Europe
