Consultant / Senior Consultant (Financial Analysis and Advisory)

Overview

In this role you will provide expert financial analysis and modelling to inform strategic decisions for high-profile clients in the built environment. You will work across regeneration, housing, and infrastructure projects, translating complex data into actionable guidance. You’ll contribute to major programmes, PPPs and funding strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Develop robust financial analyses and models for diverse projects
• Support strategic decision-making across property, housing, regeneration, asset strategy and investment
• Assist with development appraisals for property and regeneration initiatives
• Advise clients on financial, economic and commercial implications and provide strategic recommendations
• Develop business plans, business cases and options appraisals
• Support investment and funding strategies, including PPPs, JVs and trading entities
• Provide specialist financial analysis to project teams
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to translate complex financial data into clear insights

Key requirements

• Degree with 2:1 in Accounting & Finance or Economics
• Part or full ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or CFA qualification
• Proficient with Excel-based financial models or updating existing models
• Experience supporting consulting projects for public or private sector clients in assets, regeneration or infrastructure
• Background in financial analysis, audit or advisory services
• Proven track record in financial/economic analysis for property, real estate, infrastructure, funding, debt or risk
• Calm, confident demeanor with strong written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders
