Overview
In this Data & Analytics role, you’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams on analytics-driven client projects. You’ll work with colleagues across Oliver Wyman to convert data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions. Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery and oversee analysts on assigned engagements
- Develop hypotheses, manage data collection, build models, and perform analyses
- Conduct primary and secondary research and translate findings into insights
- Coordinate with Partners and senior staff to provide technical direction
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-standard project deliverables
- Maintain team energy and support work-life balance
- Coach both Oliver Wyman and client teams to build capabilities
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with advanced analytics and data manipulation tools (R, Python, SAS, SQL, SPSS)
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently within deadlines
- Effective presentation of results, issues, and implications
- Excellent English (verbal and written) and ability to manage high workload in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Experience levels: Associate Team Leader (≥3 years), Team Leader (≥5 years), Director (≥8 years) in relevant firms
