Overview
In this Swansea-based role, you support a specialist Wills, Trusts & Estate Disputes team on contentious matters, including will challenges, Inheritance Act claims, and trust/estate disputes. You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, with strong training and opportunities to develop a career in a high-growth niche. You’ll work closely with experts, contribute to business development, and build long-term client relationships in a supportive, progressive firm.

Responsibilities
- Support the WTED team on a broad range of contentious matters (will challenges, Inheritance Act claims, trust disputes, estate administration disputes, complex probate cases)
- Learn and contribute from day one through hands-on involvement
- Engage in business development and help build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-department teams in a professional, client-facing environment
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ welcome)
- Strong interest in contentious probate, trusts or private client disputes
- Exposure to litigation or private client work (advantageous but not essential)
- Willingness to develop specialist expertise in WTED matters
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication, ability to explain complex issues clearly and empathetically
- Ability to build strong client relationships and handle sensitive matters professionally
