Overview

As Product Owner for Mercer Operations & Technology’s Application Solutions in London, you will lead the delivery and lifecycle of digital products, shaping outcomes for clients in wealth management and financial services. Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the delivery of the applications development roadmap and full product lifecycle for assigned products
• Identify and document business value and ROI for product enhancements
• Manage business needs, prioritise and manage backlog, and maintain a single roadmap
• Approve technical design, manage feature scope and trade-offs, and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Verify product deliverables meet acceptance criteria and secure stakeholder sign-off
• Support business readiness, provide release updates, and offer governance to maximise business value
• Support leadership with KPIs and regular reporting to demonstrate delivery of business value

Key requirements

• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle, particularly Agile Scrum
• Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the value of developments and present the business case
• Experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
• Previous experience using Agile methodologies
