Overview
In this role you support the Fiduciary Accounting team in Norwich, handling insurance-accounting tasks and client-insurer fund transfers. You will build strong internal and external relationships while managing a demanding workload in Excel-driven processes. Responsibilities
- Account reconciliation and ledger management
- Raise and send payment requests
- Investigate and resolve unmatched cash issues/financial exposures
- Credit control activities
- Determine tax/commission rates
- Apply payment terms and deadlines
- Produce and deliver information/documentation per requirements
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
