Overview

In this role you support stability and resiliency governance within Citi’s Production Management organization. You’ll work with senior colleagues to learn governance frameworks, contribute to data-driven stability efforts, and help improve processes in a highly regulated banking environment. The role offers hands-on exposure to risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement, with mentorship and potential hybrid work. You will join a team that drives reliability across global production management.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and prepare monthly stability metrics and reports for diverse business units
  • Monitor KPIs for application stability and flag anomalies
  • Learn and apply AI and automation tools to reduce manual toil
  • Contribute to documenting best practices for continuous service improvement
  • Assist thematic data analysis of stability data and surface actionable recommendations
  • Support Focus and Intensive Care application improvement programs with data gathering and reporting
  • Assist annual Attestation and Review processes for artifacts like Change Risk Index and Market Event Management
  • Contribute to data quality initiatives and streamline processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities for stability governance products and frameworks
  • Support Production Management Strategy through research and coordination tasks
  • Assist with projects and ad-hoc requests across the team’s portfolio

  • Some exposure to IT governance, production support, or risk management in banking/financial services is advantageous but not required
