Responsibilities

• Design and evolve ELT pipelines and data warehouse models
• Hands-on coding in SQL and Python
• Work with GCP and BigQuery to ensure high-quality ingestion and modeling
• Establish governance standards and automated testing
• Optimize data architecture and operational workflows
• Lead and mentor analytics engineers; manage delivery of the data roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable solutions

Key requirements

• Experience leading an analytics engineering or data engineering team
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with GCP and BigQuery
• Strong data modeling and ETL/ELT design skills
• Knowledge of data governance and testing practices
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
