Responsibilities
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards across assigned areas
- Support merchandise management through deliveries and replenishment to help the team hit store goals
- Act as a brand ambassador by engaging customers and promoting adidas values
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales and ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Complete applicable training and apply learnings on the shop floor
- Contribute to a clean, easy-to-shop environment and assist with stockroom duties as needed
Key requirements
- 1+ months of experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment
- Knowledge of store KPIs and ability to interpret them to drive sales
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Effective customer service and sales skills
