Overview

In this Senior Product Marketing Manager role, you will own the strategy for consumer-facing propositions, partnering with Product from discovery to launch. You’ll synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to shape roadmaps and create compelling value propositions. You’ll lead GTM for new innovations and measure adoption to drive growth, working with cross-functional teams to scale impactful products. This role combines strategic influence, customer insight, and the use of AI-enabled tooling to accelerate decision-making and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and discovery with cross-functional partners, shaping direction and identifying opportunities
  • Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform roadmaps and value propositions
  • Lead go-to-market for new innovations, translating complex capabilities into clear customer propositions
  • Measure adoption and outcomes, using experimentation to optimize performance
  • Build partnerships across Product, Design, Research, Analytics and Marketing to deliver outcomes
  • Influence senior stakeholders with evidence-based, commercial thinking
  • Champion the use of AI and emerging tech to accelerate insight and decision-making

Key requirements

  • Experience in B2C product marketing, product strategy, or customer-led marketing within a digital consumer business
  • Proven track record taking products from discovery to launch and iteration with Product teams
  • Ability to influence roadmap decisions through customer, market, and competitive insight
  • Strong experience defining positioning and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption
  • Deep understanding of customer research, experimentation and data-informed development
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior leaders
  • Experience using AI and modern tooling to accelerate insight and workflows
