Enablement Manager – Multi-asset and Adviser Solutions

Overview

In this role you enable the MAAS Europe leadership and team to execute strategic initiatives with clear plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, streamline operational processes, and shape the Europe strategy with the Team Head and MAAS leadership. You will develop and monitor OKRs, workforce and location strategies, and technology roadmaps to support growth across UK and Continental Europe. This is a high-impact enabling role at a pivotal growth stage, combining planning, execution, and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or participate in critical MAAS Europe projects with defined timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate across MAAS LT and stakeholders; manage risks, dependencies, and reprioritisation
• Drive operational process improvements and technology adoption within MAAS Europe
• Develop and align OKRs with Europe and Global MAAS frameworks
• Contribute to strategic business plans (workforce planning, location strategy, tech roadmaps) and monitor performance
• Provide decision-ready information to leaders and surface critical risks
• Support development of materials for internal/external engagements (client meetings, board memos, townhalls)

Key requirements

• Strong planning and execution orientation with time management and deadline discipline
• Understanding of the European client landscape and client-focused investment solutions (plus)
• Track record in improving operational processes and implementing technology solutions to boost efficiency
• Experience in driving automation and AI tool adoption to enhance performance
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to contribute to strategic plans and related execution streams
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the division and enterprise
• Ability to handle sensitive information and act as a confidential advisor
