Overview

As Manager, Product , you will lead product marketing for an assigned area, translating complex payments capabilities into clear merchant value. You’ll own go-to-market execution, messaging, and cross-functional alignment to drive adoption and impact. You’ll collaborate with product, commercial, and other product marketers to weave cohesive narratives and campaigns. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, clarity, and measurable outcomes, with a strong emphasis on performance and merchant outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own Product Marketing for your area and products as the portfolio expands, translating features into outcome-led value for merchants
  • Drive go-to-market execution across launches, feature rollouts, and adoption programs with timely, high-quality delivery
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging tied to merchant outcomes like performance, fewer payment failures, and better UX
  • Collaborate with relevant Product Marketing Managers to ensure consistent value propositions and storytelling across products
  • Support positioning of forward-looking capabilities to help merchants understand value and usage across their payment stack
  • Execute integrated campaigns across channels, coordinating with digital, brand, and regional teams
  • Create clear collateral to help commercial teams communicate product value to merchants
  • Track initiative performance and use data to identify opportunities and optimize results
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding internal teams and staying ahead of product area developments
  • Improve product marketing processes and approaches within the area

Key requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or payments-related roles
  • Ability to own projects and deliver high-quality work with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting or executing integrated product launches and adoption campaigns
  • Strong storytelling ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Data-driven mindset for evaluating performance and guiding improvements
