Overview

As Internal Sales Product Manager, you will guide the evolution of the internal sales CRM to simplify journeys, boost insights, and improve outcomes for advisers, marketing, and end customers. You will own performance metrics across the CRM journey and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversions, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The role emphasizes data-driven prioritisation, experimentation, and leveraging AI to support advisers. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with delivery in a regulated, enterprise context.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve metrics across the sales and CRM journey (conversion, drop-off, adviser efficiency, engagement)
• Discover problems and prioritise opportunities using data, user insight, and commercial context
• Lead continuous optimisation through testing and analytics to drive measurable impact
• Define and evolve product strategy aligned to broader business goals and growth priorities
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and marketing to deliver scalable product improvements
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders to focus on valuable opportunities and clear outcomes
