Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, 8-10+ PQE, Partner-Track

Overview

In this role you will lead a broad commercial property practice in Belfast, handling acquisitions, disposals, development, lettings, and related matters for NI, ROI and UK clients. You will work within a partner-led team in a top-tier firm with a genuine route to partnership for the right candidate. Expect to manage high-quality files, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to a strong client base through cross-border advisory. Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and disposals for commercial property clients
• Lead development work including site assembly and planning considerations
• Manage securitisation and property finance matters
• Oversee landlord & tenant work, including strategy and negotiations
• Advise on planning and environment issues affecting property projects
• Mentor and supervise junior team members
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including potential following to partnership
• Collaborate with partner-led team to drive cross-border advisory across NI, ROI and UK

Key requirements

• 8-10+ years PQE in commercial property
• NI qualified solicitor (or equivalent with NI practising rights)
• Strong track record in acquisitions, disposals and development
• Ability to manage files independently
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Existing client following is an advantage
