Overview

As a Project Manager in Change Management, you will drive improvements to the operating platform to support asset onboarding for the Direct Investment Unit and reduce operational risk. You will collaborate with Investments, Operations, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver a clear, milestone-driven implementation plan that supports growth. The role combines asset management and project management to enhance platform scalability and minimise risk. This is a hybrid London-based opportunity with a focus on practical impact and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Define tasks and milestones for platform improvements and ensure successful execution
  • Direct Business Analysts to document requirements aligned with stakeholder expectations in Investments and Operations
  • Engage key stakeholders (Operational Risk, Data, Architecture, etc.) at appropriate stages
  • Oversee testing and documentation of improvements before production rollout
  • Escalate issues and risks with recommendations for mitigation
  • Analyse impact of new requests on existing work and prioritise
  • Contribute to ongoing development of the Change Management function within the DIU

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an asset management-based, project management role
  • Proven track record delivering change/transformation projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Jira/Confluence
  • Competence in project planning software
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to self-manage in a dynamic environment
