Finance Manager

Overview

As Finance Manager in Group Reporting, you’ll own key areas of the month-end cycle across multiple entities and drive accurate, timely financial reporting. You’ll partner with other Finance teams and the business to provide insightful analysis, strengthen controls, and support the company’s growing international footprint. You’ll lead process improvements with a tech-first mindset and collaborate with auditors and external advisors to ensure transparency. This role offers impact in shaping scalable financial processes and tax/compliance in a fast-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full month-end close cycle across entities, including reconciling fixed assets, accruals and prepayments
• Identify and implement automation to streamline reporting and data gathering
• Provide financial guidance to business units by transforming raw data into insights
• Act as primary contact for external auditors and advisors for financial integrity
• Assist in managing global tax strategy and ensure compliance in filings

Key requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
• Proven experience in a relevant accounting role with end-to-end financial process knowledge
• Experience automating and improving processes via system enhancements
• Advanced Excel and experience in preparing comprehensive reporting packs with modern reporting tools
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
