Overview

Senior Program Manager at Amazon drives data-driven change across the last-mile logistics network in Europe. Responsibilities

• Create innovative, data-driven solutions to address organizational challenges
• Conduct big-picture analysis of operations and drive cross-team improvements
• Partner with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs from start to finish
• Enhance program-level operational performance through stakeholder collaboration
• Lead the implementation of creative changes and manage project plans
• Contribute to broader business areas (e.g., diversity, equity, inclusion) through process improvements
• Plan and launch new sites and infrastructure initiatives with multi-million dollar budgets

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL
• Program or project management experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in defining and implementing data-driven process improvements using metrics
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements
