Professional Indemnity Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will specialise in professional indemnity across a range of professions and support high-value disputes from Leeds. As a senior member of the PI team, you will supervise junior colleagues and help grow client relationships for the firm. You will handle defendant insurance matters for lawyers, construction professionals, accountants and brokers across the UK. Responsibilities

• Supervise junior team members and mentor colleagues
• Develop and manage client relationships for the PI team and wider firm
• Manage a wide range of professional indemnity matters
• Represent and advise clients across various professions in defendant insurance disputes
• Handle high-value disputes with a focus on outcome and strategic risk management

Key requirements

• 8+ years PQE in professional indemnity matters
• Experience supervising junior members of a team
• Background in defendant insurance offerings or insurance defence
