Overview
In this role you will manage and deepen client relationships for Marsh Workplace Savings, acting as the single point of contact and advocate within Marsh DC. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure governance, service delivery, and client satisfaction while supporting growth opportunities across the UK. The position involves travel to client sites and cross-office collaboration in a growing, innovation-driven team. Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of Marsh Workplace Savings clients as the first point of contact for queries, issues, and escalations.
- Provide governance and oversight support for clients’ UK DC pension arrangements, coordinating with internal stakeholders and insurer administrators.
- Proactively drive client engagement, service delivery, and retention to ensure a strong client experience.
- Support growth activities, including participating in pitches and new business opportunities, with travel across the UK as needed.
- Collaborate within a high-performing Relationship Management team to share best practices and contribute to the function.
Key requirements
- Experience in relationship management, account management, or pensions consulting (or similar client-facing role).
- Solid knowledge of UK Defined Contribution pensions and the workplace pensions landscape.
- End-to-end client relationship management experience, including handling queries and stakeholder management.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites across the UK.
